"I wanted to let you know I have been purchasing a case of your Creosote Remover for about 10 years now. What I do is add two scoops each day. . . some days I do that twice a day. During the winter I get a slight build up in the flue, but if I leave it alone all summer by fall 95% has dried up an fallen down and I clean it out and do the same each year.
I am 61 and basically have burned wood all but perhaps 12 years. Our current house is very efficient and totally heated with wood (3-4 Cords). I have not had to clean my chimney for 10 years. I know you have to recomend folks also do a mechanical cleaning but if used as I do in a tight house with a great stove run at high temps this method works.

This granular material is activated by heat and modifies creosote into a brushable ash. Makes the fire burn cleaner improving the efficiency of the woodstove or fireplace insert. A scoopful is applied to a good bed of coals or when preparing the fire. Safe to use on all types of chimneys.
